Christine (She/Her/Hers) is a Licensed Professional Counselor & Clinical Supervisor (LPC) in the State of Colorado. She holds a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, is certified in Complex Trauma and in Dream Studies, and is currently a PhD Student, studying psychology at Saybrook University.
"My clients realize that their experience(s) of trauma are impacting their lives in negative ways; Trauma shows up differently for different people, for example through struggles with their intimate partner or family, deep feelings of "being wounded", or persistent anxiety and nightmares. Sometimes it shows up in the body through unexplained medical conditions or through pain that cannot be explained medically. For most trauma survivors, it creates a deep disconnect from being able to live your best life.
I am here to support you on your healing journey wherever that takes us; we may travel through to the past and integrate deep feelings of pain or loss, come back to the present moment to process a misunderstanding with your spouse, and look to the future to place the building blocks of your goals and dreams.
As a client-led therapist, that specializes in trauma work, I hope to help you feel truly supported and cared about, to provide a space to work through your struggles, and to be a compassionate guide to help you process, heal, and integrate all aspects of who you are and who you are becoming."

Siqua Asgaya (They/Them/Theirs) is a Licensed Professional Counselor & Clinical Supervisor (LPC) and a Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) in the State of Colorado.
They hold two master's degrees; an MA in Counseling Psychology and an MA in Depth Psychology, both from Pacifica Graduate Institute, where they are also currently a PhD Candidate, studying Depth Psychology with an emphasis in Somatic studies.
"The journey I embark on with clients and my perspective is informed by an alchemical Mind/Body/Soul model, which uses Jungian-based and Embodied Psycho-dynamic principles, combined with other modalities that recognize the multiple aspects of psyche and dynamics within the human experience. My perspective holds that unresolved issues from the past create thought, belief, behavior, and life patterns that negatively impact the present. I believe all people are beautiful divine souls. Our suffering and pain on this earth-walk takes nothing away from our divinity, it births our compassion and spiritual consciousness. This perspective has been the guiding light of my life's path."

Jen-Mitsuke (She/Her/Hers) is a Non-Licensed Counselor (NLC) working towards licensure in the State of Colorado, as well as a Multi-Faith Reverend with thousands of hours of training in contemplative practices.
She holds two master's degrees: an MA in Neuroscience from Princeton University and an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Naropa University. She is currently a PhD candidate at Pacifica Graduate Institute, specializing in Depth Psychology with an emphasis on Integrative Therapies and Healing Practices.
“On my own personal journey through trauma and chronic illness, I have come to value the power of compassionate relationships as well as Eastern, Western, and Indigenous traditions of healing. Most any symptom is rooted in body, mind, and spirit. For this reason, I utilize holistic and integrative methods that address your whole being, while working towards your particular goals in ways that appeal to you.
I am here to support you, offer possibilities and accountability, and give you space to come back to your unique and much-needed true self. You have everything you need within you but remembering that can be quite difficult without intentional effort within a dedicated relationship. While so much emphasis these days falls on “self-help” or “self-regulation,” any ancient culture understood that we cannot do deep healing work alone.
I am looking forward to our collaboration!”

Andrew Koch, MA, LPCC, (he/him/his), is the founder of Contemplative Caregiver LLC, established in 2017. His venture into caregiving began in 2010, a journey that profoundly touched his life. When he needed support as a hands-on caregiver, he found there was little to none. This absence drove him to become the support he wished he had, leading him towards earning his master's in clinical mental health in 2020 from Naropa University and becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate in Colorado.
Specializing in mindfulness-based transpersonal psychology and gestalt psychotherapy, Andrew's approach is tailored to provide a soothing and understanding environment. He has a deep-rooted desire to extend a comforting hand to caregivers, ensuring they have a supportive companion in their journey. Through Contemplative Caregiver LLC, he offers a range of services including online telehealth services, in-person workshops, and therapeutic retreats, aiming to provide an oasis for private duty caregivers, family caregivers, and healthcare organizations.
Andrew isn't just a counselor; he's a helping professional who has walked the caregiving path, understanding the essence of the support needed. His mission resonates through the core belief, "Together we heal, together we thrive." When you choose to work with Andrew, you're not only receiving professional guidance, but you're also gaining a supportive ally dedicated to making a positive difference in your life.
